Glee Gum "Make Your Own" Review and Giveaway

I've always enjoyed doing fun activities and crafts with my children, starting from the time they were barely old enough.  I was recently given the opportunity to try and review one of the "Make Your Own" Kits from Glee Gum.  I was very excited about this because the whole idea sounded like great fun!

I left the decision up to my kids and they chose the Make Your Own Gummies Kit.  I thought it would be a difficult decision for them, but they actaully agreed the first time I asked the question.  This could easily be one of the most fun experiments out there.  Really, how often do kids get to make their very own gummies?

My kids are 6 1/2 and 9 1/2 years old.  My son read and followed the easy step-by-step directions, telling us what needed to happen next.  It was as easy as: soak the seaweed, make your molds, mix the seaweed and seaweed powder, heat and stir the seaweed mixture, add the red flavored sugar mixture, pour the mixture into the molds, coat the gummies in the sweet and sour mixture, cool in the fridge... then EAT and ENJOY!

We had a great time making our very own gummies.  It was the perfect way to spend some quality time together.  I think the smiles on their faces is the perfect way to express their opinion of the Make Your Own Gummies Kit.

My kiddos give Glee Gum, TWO THUMBS UP!
