The Northport International Raceway is a 3/8 mile dirt oval located just north of Northport, Washington. Two weekends ago, we decided to spend the day at the races. We left the house at 7:30 am to make the 3 hour trip. Gates opened at 11:00 am and racing started at noon.
We took drinks, snacks and a picnic lunch with us, ate on the tailgate of the pickup and watched the races! We had such a great time, the kids had a blast! Summer vacation is about spending time with the kids and making the most of our time together!
This will definitely become a summer tradition for our family!
