I would say a perfect day is anything that will get you out of the house and away from the kids, even a meal out where you are alone, I would take that any day :)
I always love dinner, a movie, and snuggling at home afterwards.
I would LOVE to have a nice romantic weekend away with my husband- we haven't had one for four years, since before the kids were born. :)
