Dreams Do Come True! Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream!

Wednesday night, my family had a wonderful and magical night at Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream!  We arrived an hour early so we could walk around and look at all the vendors and souvenirs.  The first exciting moment of the night was when our daughter saw the LEGO carriage.  She's a Lego collector and builder (she may have a slight obsession), and was very impressed!

My daughter will be 9 years old in January and kept asking..."How much longer, when is it going to start? Is Belle going to be here?"  The anticipation and excitement kept building... she was so excited that she could barely sit still in her seat. Then they announced... The show is going to start in 5 minutes! The look on her face was priceless!  She had the BIGGEST smile on her face and her eyes were sparkling with excitement!  She couldn't wait to see all her favorite Disney Princesses!

The music, costumes and choreography were simply AMAZING! The grace and agility of all the performers was simply phenomenal.  I wish I had a pinch of their talent!  The entire show was fun and magical!  We loved the performances and the music --- you couldn't help but dance (and sing) in your seat the entire time!

On the way home the kids were talking about all their favorite parts of the show!  Even though it was 9:15 pm by the time we were headed home, they even had to call and tell their grandparents all about it. (My mom knew the secret and was expecting their call) I think they agree that their favorite parts included:

  •  Maximus, the horse on a mission to capture the thief Flynn Rider in Tangled.  You couldn't help but laugh and smile at him, the look on his face (his eyes) was priceless!
  • Cinderella's EVIL step-sisters!  Their noses and make-up were classic and really gave them that "evil" look!
  • The "above the ice" performance of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider.

The entire performance was simply AMAZING and nothing but magical!  Our seats were amazing, (we were center ice - 4th row) and we had a fantastic view of the entire performance.

Snow Cone & Collector Mugs: $24 ($12 each)
Cotton Candy with Viking Hat: $12

The excitement in my children's voices and on their faces... PRICELESS!!
