About two and a half months ago I had to make a very hard decision. I took off my wedding ring and put it into our safe. To be completely honest... I've been lost without it! Last week I decided that it was finally time to take it to the jeweler to get re-sized, so that I can finally wear it again. My wedding ring had to be sized down from a size 9 to a 7!
The Biggest Loser started again this week, and I'm watching! The show always seems to come at the perfect time, giving me an extra kick (and motivation) that I need to stay focused and on track! Watching their workouts, hearing their stories, and seeing them prove that you can do it - no matter who you are.
0.6 pounds!
That brings my total weight loss
to 53.4 pounds! In addition, I lost 4.5 inches for a total of 38 3/4 inches lost!
Here are my weekly weight loss stats:

What an exciting milestone, congratulations!!!
Great job! I just started Jenny Craig to try to lose some weight. I'm only in my first week.
You are still doing well with your diet, I love to see success stories.
WHAT A CELEBRATION for you sticking to your goal for so long!!!! Most people can not take the small weight loss over time ...when they dont see results right away they give up! It takes a certain kind of personality and determination to do what you did. Congrats! You are inspirational.
Congratulations!!! Sounds like you are doing great!!!
Yay! Great job on your weight loss. Yes, I do enjoy catching The Biggest Loser, but haven't seen this season yet. Keep up the good work!

You are an inspiration! 50 lbs is just amazing!
I've never been overweight, but I LOVE watching the biggest loser--it makes me cry. I love seeing people master such a huge lifestyle change. There is nothing more inspirational than watching people learn to value who they are--their true worth.
