Luckily I've been blessed with tight, flat abs so I'd work my glutes. Sounds like a great program and I love that it gets progressively tougher.
Very cool! I didn't realize these were available. Right now... just strong limbs and overall health. I am pregnant right now, so afterwards I will be working my back and core hard.
