Heat Up Your Weight Loss: Zaggora HotTop & HotPants (Review)

We all know as you burn calories, you lose weight, and one of the easiest ways to increase your weight loss is to combine diet and exercise

I've had two c-sections and recently lost 56 pounds.  My stomach, hips, and inner thighs have always been my trouble areas, so I was thrilled to discover that Zaggora HotPants and HotTops has got me covered.  Literally!

Zaggora HotPants and the new Zaggora HotTop claim to help you lose weight 4 times faster by burning more calories each time you wear them.  The HotTops target your upper stomach and back, while the HotPants target your hips, bum and thighs!

I may sound a little crazy, but you really can feel them "working" every time you wear them!  Whether I'm working out, doing household chores, or even just relaxing...

I love the way they feel; super soft, flexible, and supportive.  The top and pants hug and contour the curves of my body for the perfect fit.

The Zaggora Hot line of clothing was tested by ETScience based at the University of Southern California in the US between September 2012 and January 2013 and at The University of Brighton in the UK between September 2011 and August 2012. The line, which is made with our patent pending Celu-Lite technology, was shown to:

• increase the metabolic rate during exercise by up to 18% vs. a standard garment when Zaggora clothing was worn for at least 30 minutes during exercise

• be safe during high-intensity aerobic exercise since core body temperature did not exceed acceptable exercise-induced elevations

In my journey to lose weight, I'm always open to new and healthy ways to give me a little extra boost.   Great workout gear that is both comfortable and effective is a welcome addition to my workout routine!

  2. Interesting! I am going in for my 3rd C-section in a few months and it is also my trouble zone. I love workout garments that help to suck me in and keep everything compressed!

  9. I have never heard of Zaggora's line of clothing, nor the technology that allows this kind of calorie burning but that's really cool! I'm so impressed that this kind of technology exists and being used for work out clothes. I hope it works long term! Regardless, if the clothing makes you feel good then it's great!

  13. I'm not saying it does or doesn't work but I am always skeptical of "gadgets" like this. To me, nothing is more important than a healthy diet coupled with some sort of exercise plan.
