Well here’s my little nightmare scenario for Florida in July. You see I have a little office in which I write this blog amongst other things that I try to get done here at work. And across the street from my office, although I’ve never noticed it till recently, is a E.D.S. AC Repair. The reason I’ve never noticed it is because I’ve never needed it. But last week I had the dreaded broken air conditioner at work. Did I mention it was July?
Most of the time the land lord and maintenance takes their sweet time to get just about anything in this old building fixed but nothing will motivate an entire building of people like a broken ac. Like ostriches with their heads in the sand no one seemed to know what to do. Well, I took the bull by the horns picked up the phone and gave E.D.S. a call. They showed up within the hour and had us back up, running, and chilly by the afternoon. They rock.

Its a good thing that you found a reputable company that fixed your AC in no time. We had a different story with the one we called and we were not very happy with the results. I am still expanding my choices. Thanks for the info!

Glad you were able to get it fixed! A similar thing happened to me last summer and I literally thought I was going to die. It happened right in the middle of a heat wave out here in Arizona were the temperatures were averaging roughly 100 degrees daily. Luckily the local cooling and heating repair service was able to get out and have it running in no time. I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without those guys.
