Now I realize that my journey is about so much more than just losing weight... it's also about what I'm gaining in the process!
What I've lost:
- Weight - The pounds are coming off!
- Inches - My measurements are shrinking... My pants are baggy and I need a belt!
- Excuses - No more, Oh I'll start tomorrow - or next week!
What I've gained:
- Energy - I'm working out 3 days a week. My elliptical machine is now my friend!
- Motivation - I'm focused on getting healthier!
- Confidence - I'm proving to myself that I CAN do it!
- Self Control - I'm making the right choices, healthy choices!
During week 7 on the Nutrisystem program, I lost... 1 pound.
- Week 1: -4.6 pounds
- Week 2: -0.6 pounds
- Week 3: -1 pound
- Week 4: -0
- Week 5: -2.2 pounds
- Week 6: -1.3 pounds
- Week 7: - 1 pound
That brings my total weight loss to 10.7 pounds! This puts me half way to my 12 week goal of losing 20 pounds! With just 9.3 more pounds to lose and 5 weeks to do it, I'm hopeful and determined to reach my weight loss goal.
