I haven't been happy with my weight or the way my body looks for quite some time now. My friend and I have been talking about ways to lose weight
and what we can do together to reach our weight loss goals. We both
have an ideal weight we want to reach, it's just up to us to get there.

I've never tried a weightloss program but have followed many running schedules. For some its very difficult to follow a set program, I have a Type A personality so when I have a schedule its followed to a T. This can actually be a problem sometimes as I have ran myself into the ground and caused injuries by not backing off. Congrats on your weightloss, stick with it, seems like its a part of you now.
